Comment System Is Fixed!

I was wondering why my posts were not receiving any comments! Turns out that my comment system had a problem and I was not even aware of it. Thanks to Michael, I was notified of the problem, tracked down a solution on the Movable Type forums and applied the fix very quickly!

I apologize to those who may have tried to leave a comment to any of my post. This is also a good time to review my comment policy. In order to reduce comment spam, a problem that plagues many blogs on the internet, I will moderate all un-authenticated comments. If you don’t authenticate, ,your comments will not be published right away, and will have to wait until I approve it. Authenticated and trusted commenters will see their comments posted right away.

An authenticated comment happens when you are able to log in to your TypeKey account. If you don’t know what TypeKey is, don’t worry! I will also allow “trusted” commenters to post comments right away. If I trust or know you, I ill put you on the trusted list and you will have those privileges!

Hopefully, there will be many comments to come! Discussions and dialog is a big reason of why I love to blog!

Update: I’ve moved my Blog to the WordPress during the Christmas Holidays in 2005!

  1. Well Vince, it’s about time you fixed it =P, I couldn’t post my comments the other day and I thought there was a problem on my end. Glad to see everything working in right order. Good blog by the way.
